What's New

Due to system maintenance, reservations, cancellations, Shinkansen QR ticket display, etc. will not be available on the following dates and times (from around 23:30 to around 5:30 the following morning).
If you are using a QR ticket for a Shinkansen train that arrives after 23:30, please print out the QR ticket screen or keep it on your device before boarding.
