【Important Notice】 Suspension of Reservations for Some Boarding Days
Due to preparations for the timetable revision, new reservations and train changes for trains departing on July 1st, 2025~September 30th, 2025 will not be possible between May 14th~May 15th. However, as soon as the work is completed, it will be possible to operate.

Due to system maintenance, reservations, cancellations, and the display of QR tickets for Shinkansen will not be available.

May 10 (Sat), 12 (Mon), 13 (Tue), 14 (Wed), 15 (Thu), 19 (Mon), 21 (Wed), 23 (Fri), 26 (Mon), 29 (Thu), 31 (Sat)
>>Maintenance time
Around 23:30 to around 5:30 the next day (JST).
*The time may change or be canceled depending on the situation.

The travel charge may be increased or decreased for the following reasons.
　・When the boarding section, departure time, train type (Nozomi, Kodama, etc.), facilities (regular car, green car, etc.), and product type of the Shinkansen are changed from the basic conditions.
　・When you add paid options (local tours, rental cars, etc.).
