【Important Notice】 Suspension of Reservations for Some Boarding Days
Due to preparations for the timetable revision, new reservations and train changes for trains departing on October 1st, 2025~November 30th, 2025 will not be possible between August 7th~August 8th. However, as soon as the work is completed, it will be possible to operate.

Due to system maintenance, reservations, cancellations, Shinkansen QR ticket display, etc. will not be available on the following dates and times (from around 23:30 to around 5:30 the following morning).
If you are using a QR ticket for a Shinkansen train that arrives after 23:30, please print out the QR ticket screen or keep it on your device before boarding.
July 31 (Thu), August 4 (Mon), 5 (Tue), 6 (Wen), 7(Thu). 19 (Tue), 21 (Thu), 23 (Sat), 25 (Mon), 26 (Tue), 28 (Thu), 31 (Sun)
※The operation time may change or be canceled.

The travel charge may be increased or decreased for the following reasons.
　・When the boarding section, departure time, train type (Nozomi, Kodama, etc.), facilities (regular car, green car, etc.), and product type of the Shinkansen are changed from the basic conditions.
　・When the accommodation or hotel is changed from the basic conditions.
　・When you add paid options (local tours, rental cars, etc.).
* This product is a price fluctuation type product. Depending on the reservation status, etc., the travel charge displayed on this screen may not be available. In addition, the travel charge may change until the application is completed, so please check the travel charge again just before applying.
