What's New

Some terms and conditions regarding "Express Reservation" and "Smart EX" will be revised on Tuesday, August 25, 2026.
To continue using EX Travel Pack, Platt Kodama, and EX Destination Reservation on and after this date, you will need to agree to the revised Membership Agreement.

If you do not agree, you will not be able to log in even if you enter your ID and password, and you will not be able to make new reservations, cancel reservations, display electronic tickets, or change trains.

Due to system maintenance, reservations, cancellations, and Shinkansen QR ticket display will be unavailable during the following times.
Customers using QR tickets to board or alight the Shinkansen during maintenance hours should print or save the QR ticket screen on their device before boarding.
Approximately 23:45 to 5:30 the following day: Sep 15th(Tue)､17th (Thu), 22nd (Tue), 24th (Thu), 29th (Tue), 30th (Wed)
*Work times may vary or be cancelled.
*From 2:00 to 4:00 on the fourth Wednesday of every month, new reservations for EX Travel Packs and destination reservations, and operations requiring My Page login will be unavailable.

The travel charge may be increased or decreased for the following reasons.
　・When the boarding section, departure time, train type (Nozomi, Kodama, etc.), facilities (regular car, green car, etc.), and product type of the Shinkansen are changed from the basic conditions.
　・When the accommodation or hotel is changed from the basic conditions.
　・When you add paid options (local tours, rental cars, etc.).
* This product is a price fluctuation type product. Depending on the reservation status, etc., the travel charge displayed on this screen may not be available. In addition, the travel charge may change until the application is completed, so please check the travel charge again just before applying.
